Bobrowiecka 8, 00-728 Warsaw, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0001156090, whose registration files are kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, REGON: 540926819, NIP: 5214105934, with the share capital of PLN 100,000.00; e-mail address: <a href=\"mailto:info@animalactin.eu\">info@animalactin.eu,<\/a> telephone number: +48 22 2553258.<\/li>\n<li>As part of the Website&#039;s operations, data of Website users may be collected, processed and used (hereinafter referred to as &quot;\u201e<strong>Users<\/strong>\u201d), including personal data.<\/li>\n<li>User data may be collected as a result of: their voluntary provision by Users and the use of cookies \u2013 both our own and those from third parties.<\/li>\n<li>Information may also be collected about the User&#039;s IP address, the time of the inquiry and response, the address of the website from which the User was redirected to the Website, and the type of software the User is using (operating system and browser type). This information is used for the purposes of administering the Website and creating statistics and analyses.<\/li>\n<li>The Administrator ensures proper protection of Users&#039; data by using appropriate organizational and technical measures.<\/li>\n<li>The security of personal data during transmission is ensured by the SSL transmission protocol used by the Administrator.<\/li>\n<li>The current version of the privacy policy is effective from May 1, 2025<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2. More information on this subject can be found below.<\/li>\n<li>The Administrator is also entitled to disclose personal data to other entities if such an obligation results from the provisions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>[data transfer outside the EEA]<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The Administrator does not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area, with the exception of making data available to the Administrator&#039;s subcontractors (entities that process data on its behalf) who provide the Administrator with tools and applications or provide services to it.<\/li>\n<li>Some subcontractors are located or have their registered office outside the European Economic Area \u2013 in countries for which the European Commission has not issued a decision confirming the appropriate level of protection.<\/li>\n<li>In such a case, the Controller ensures appropriate safeguards for personal data. These include, in particular, standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission (Article 46(2)(c) of the GDPR), which the Controller concludes with the entities referred to above.<\/li>\n<li>The clauses are available online on the European Commission&#039;s website (ec.europa.eu). more information about Facebook Pixel can be found at this link: <a href=\"https:\/\/developers.facebook.com\/docs\/facebook-pixel\/\">https:\/\/developers.facebook.com\/docs\/facebook-<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/developers.facebook.com\/docs\/facebook-pixel\/\">pixel\/<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li>The joint processing by the Controller and Meta Platforms Ireland is governed by the &quot;Personal Data Controller Annex&quot;, which is available at this link: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/legal\/controller_addendum\">https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/legal\/controller_addendum<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Meta Platforms Ireland remains an independent data controller in accordance with \u00a7 4.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>7 GDPR in respect of any processing of such data that takes place after it has been transferred to Meta Platforms Ireland.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meta Platforms Ireland and the Controller have agreed in the &quot;Personal Data Controller Annex&quot; the information required by Article 13(1)(a) and (b) of the GDPR can be found in the Facebook Data Policy available at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/about\/privacy\">https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/about\/privacy<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li>the Controller&#039;s use of the given products and the purposes for which the collection and transfer of personal data within the framework of Joint Data Processing takes place in accordance with the content of the Regulations of a given product; the Regulations for the use of Facebook business tools offered by Meta Platforms are available at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/legal\/terms\/businesstools\">https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/legal\/terms\/businesstools;<\/a> Information about website statistics is available at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/legal\/terms\/page_controller_addendum\">https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/legal\/terms\/page_controller_addendum<\/a>; other regulations are available on the website <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/\">https:\/\/www.facebook.com<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li>more information about how Meta Platforms Ireland processes personal data, the legal basis and how to exercise your rights<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Data subjects&#039; rights towards Meta Platforms Ireland can be found in the Meta Platforms Ireland Data Policy at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/about\/privacy\">https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/about\/privacy<\/a>; more information on Joint Data Processing can be found in the Terms and Conditions of the relevant product.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Administrator also indicates that the Administrator and Meta Platforms Ireland:\n<ul>\n<li>adopt the provisions of the \u201eController Annex\u201d to define the appropriate scope of obligations for compliance with the GDPR obligations in relation to Joint Data Processing (as set out in the Product Terms and Conditions);<\/li>\n<li>acknowledge that the Controller is responsible for providing data subjects with at least the information listed in the table above in point 2;<\/li>\n<li>agreed that, as between the Parties, Meta Platforms Ireland is responsible for ensuring the enforcement of data subject rights in accordance with Articles 15-20 of the GDPR in relation to personal data held by Meta Platforms Ireland following the Joint Processing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Regardless of the circumstances indicated above, the Administrator indicates that:\n<ul>\n<li>has implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to provide the necessary safeguards for processing in order to meet the requirements of the GDPR and protect the rights of data subjects;<\/li>\n<li>is responsible for the lawful processing of personal data, and in particular for the lawful acquisition of such data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>If a personal data breach concerns the Controller\u2019s obligations in accordance with the \u201ePersonal Data Controller Annex\u201d, the Controller is responsible for processing a personal data breach report, including sending the report to the supervisory authority and conducting further correspondence regarding the report.<\/li>\n<li>Additionally, Meta Platforms Ireland and the Controller have agreed in the \u201ePersonal Data Controller Annex\u201d that:\n<ul>\n<li>Each Party is individually responsible for any other obligations to comply with the obligations arising from the GDPR in relation to the Joint Data Processing.<\/li>\n<li>With respect to Article 32 of the GDPR, the measures taken by Meta Platforms Ireland include those set out in the Facebook Data Protection Terms as updated from time to time to reflect technological changes (these terms are available at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/legal\/terms\/data_security_terms\">https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/legal\/terms\/data_security_terms<\/a>), which are expressly incorporated into the &quot;Personal Data Controller Annex&quot;. All Meta Platforms Ireland employees involved in the Joint Processing are bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations regarding the personal data subject to the Joint Processing.<\/li>\n<li>\u201e&quot;Annex Personal Data Administrator&quot; does not grant the Administrator any right to demand disclosure of personal data of any kind.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Facebook user processed in connection with Meta Platforms products.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Data subjects may exercise their rights under Articles 15-21 of the GDPR in relation to their personal data processed by Meta Platforms Ireland directly against Meta Platforms Ireland. In the event that data subjects exercise their rights under the GDPR in relation to the Joint Processing against the Controller or are contacted by a supervisory authority in relation to the Joint Processing, each of which is a &quot;Request,&quot; the Controller will provide Meta Platforms Ireland with all relevant information in relation to such requests without undue delay, and no later than seven calendar days. Meta Platforms Ireland will respond to Data Subject Requests in accordance with its obligations under the &quot;Data Subject Requests.&quot; The Controller undertakes to take all reasonable steps in a timely manner to cooperate with Meta Platforms Ireland in responding to any such Request. The Controller has no right to act or respond to such requests on behalf of Meta Platforms Ireland.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The lead supervisory authority for Joint Processing is the Irish Data Protection Commission (notwithstanding Article 55(2) of the GDPR, where applicable).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>[data storage period]<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Personal data processed for the purpose of:\n<ul>\n<li>contacting the User are processed for a period of 1 year from the date of their collection;<\/li>\n<li>conducting direct marketing of the Administrator&#039;s products and services \u2013 processed until the consent is withdrawn or until an objection to the processing of personal data for this purpose is received;<\/li>\n<li>statistics and analyses of User behavior \u2013 processed for a period of 3 years from the date of their collection;<\/li>\n<li>pursuing claims or defending against claims of other entities \u2013 pursuing claims or defending against claims of other entities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Personal data collected through cookies may be processed for a period other than the periods indicated above. Users may delete cookies earlier (at any time).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>[User rights]<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The data subject has the following rights:\n<ul>\n<li>the right to access the personal data provided and the right to receive a copy thereof;<\/li>\n<li>the right to rectify personal data;<\/li>\n<li>the right to delete personal data;<\/li>\n<li>the right to request restriction of the processing of personal data;<\/li>\n<li>the right to transfer personal data;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>the right to object to the processing of personal data;<\/li>\n<li>the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>If data processing is based on consent, the User whose data is processed also has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.<\/li>\n<li>The right to withdraw consent also applies to consent to receiving commercial information and consent to the use of telecommunications terminal equipment and automated calling systems for direct marketing purposes.<\/li>\n<li>The data subject may, in particular, object at any time to the processing of his or her personal data for the purposes of<\/li>\n<li>In order to exercise their rights, data subjects may contact the Administrator.<\/li>\n<li>The User may also contact the Administrator to obtain information on why the Administrator considered that it may process the User&#039;s personal data on the basis of legitimate interests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>[automated decision making]<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The Administrator does not make decisions regarding Users that are based solely on automated processing, including profiling, and that produce legal effects for these persons or similarly significantly affect them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3.
